2 year 11 month old Mesmer in pre deleted a few months back when I restarted playing GW after a 2+ yr break.

Thought screw it, I need another slot, so deleted her. Didn't realise you could buy extra slots.

ive deleted a few things from putting them on pvp characters..but that isnt going to be the topic of this conversation

back in the day..right around the time nightfall was about to drop..i had an enormous collection of swords/axes..to be exact every sword and axe in the game at the time r8 15^50 excluding crystaline and dwarven axe..also had like 4 r8 15^50 eternal bows..well to get on with the story..i had alot of cash and ecto still since i had been saving up for the last 2 weapons i was missing..around 4 mil if i remember correctly..anyways talk of nightfall and exotic armors got me curious and i decided to buy up all the rubies and saphires i could (i did not buy diamonds..none..this was based entirely on gut instinct)..but after i bought over 600 of each i was content..figured ok all i have to do now is wait..so nightfall came out and they skyrocketed and i was going to make a killing..i was selling them and got tired so i went to bed..got back on the next day and all my characters had been deleted and one character had been made..its name was -u hav ben hckd-..my wife had a few days before wanted to do SOMETHING on myspace and something was stopping her (she blamed this on my firewall) and lowered the settings..not just a little bit..but as low as they would go..the bad thing about it was that the person that hacked me obviously didnt play guild wars..they took everything out of storage and put it on characters and deleted them..they took nothing (or atleast ANET Says nothing was traded in bulk and it could not be traced) but we all know how that goes

but all that said..those of you who know me --know well that i bounced back and have my entire collection back--still missing the crystaline and dwarven (LOL)

Well I didn't deleted my characters but my boyfriend did... >_> stupid idiot he is. lol. He deleted my first character I created when I first started playing Guild Wars which was a Mesmer. She would have turned 36 months old on November. 20th, 2005 at 2:57am. I have thought about deleting her many many times because of her name... (Chasity Run) when I first started out but... I ended up keeping it.

I spoiled her with every set of elite armor in game... even FoW of course until... May. 21st, 2008 she was deleted by my bf out of spite. Psfff.. >_<;; So many memories gone... Then he started deleting more and more of my characters... my Ritualist (FoW), Ranger, Paragon, 2nd Ele, 2nd Warrior, 2nd mesmer and my 2nd Monk... Every character had more than... 6 sets of armor... + rare weapons... etc etc etc... >_< ack. I have 20 character slots. 6 are storage characters. I only have 6 lvl 20 pve playable characters left. I remade the 8 gave them all the same name for keeps but, I don't think I will be remaking them anytime soon. Because every time I do... He ends up deleting them. LOL... I just don't see the point anymore. So... for now, they just sit there as lvl 1s. YAY~ xD
Oh... hmmm... The other day I accidentally deleted a storage character that had all my green items on it. >_> -sighs-

I deleted a PvP character without remembering that I had 100k and a stack of ectos on it, as well as misc. elite PvE armors I had put in my hall of monuments. It didn't really make a dent, but I was still annoyed.

merched my first 'worthy' item sskais sword when factions came out.....farmed whole day for it.Bought it,went to the trader to merch useless drops and i merched the sword....i remember that i wanted to crash monitor with my head at that moment

I was salvaging runes of my Obby armor and I was going too quickly.. clicked on the regular salvage kit without noticing. Once I realized what had happened I couldn't stop laughing. Back to the FoW for me...

Oh wow, some of these make me laugh at how small they are and some make me cringe(not really, it's just a game). But when I made my first 1mil(280 ecto or so), I was so excited I wanted to have it on whatever character I went on so I would put in storage and transfer. So, I went on my Mule to sell some old greens I had and after I sold the rest of them, I put the cash in storage and here it comes, I left the ecto in the 4th pouch, where I forgot to check. So, I deleted the mule, which was only lvl3, and ended up losing most of my wealth at the time. I've learned my lesson now and whenever I delete a character, I check him. And I rarely put any items of value on PvP Chars, mainly because I reroll a lot.

Not as bad as some of the other ones, but I acciedentally merched aReq8 Flamberge with Vamp, and -1 Health Regen/+15% Dmg mods...Didn't know what it was worth, and thought it was pointless
